New clients and all extension services are subject to a consultation to ensure we understand your hair history, goals, maintenance, and expected investment before your appointment.
Whether your journey includes customized color, IBE® wefts, K-Tips, or a blend of methods, our priority will always be beautiful results while protecting the integrity of your natural hair.

cancelation policy
48 Hour Notice-
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of total scheduled service.
24 Hour Notice/ No-Call No-show-
For cancellations within 24 hours or a no-call no-show, a 100% charge of the service cost will apply.
*Credit cards on file will be required, and charges will be processed at the time of cancellation unless discussed otherwise
